Evan Moor Spanish/English Read & Understand - Science - Grades 4-6

Contains 29 2-page fiction and non-fiction reading selections that present science content for: life science, physical science, earth and space science, and science and technology. 3 pages of reproducible follow-up activities for each selection focus on essential reading and language arts skills, including comprehension and vocabulary. Each reproducible story and related exercises are presented side by side in both languages. The selections range in difficulty from the beginning of Grade 4 through Grade 6. The reproducible skill pages are ideal for focused instruction with small or large groups or for students to complete independently. Each story addresses objectives drawn form the National Science Education Standards.
